HEAR: Painted Palms – “Refractor”

Psych-rock outfit Painted Palms have released another single from their upcoming sophomore effort Horizons. Unlike their debut album, which was recorded from the comforts of their own home, sometimes not even in the same room, this album was recorded in a studio. Therefore you might notice a bit more polished sound when listening to them but “Refractor” is every bit as sweet as their last efforts with sweeping synth riffs, reverberating vocals, and lyrics that paint a swirly and surreal landscape.
