Spirit of the Beehive’s Entertainment Death is one of the most mesmerizing, disjointed, melodic masterpieces of the year. If you haven’t taken a listen of their new album yet I highly recommend you sit down and listen now. They come from the world of Philadelphia DIY, of punk basements but they do not quite sound like anyone else or anything else you’ve heard. Their music is sewn together with bits of old commercials, blasts of noise, and guitar breakdowns. Take a listen to the incredibly refreshing album below:
