The four-chord structure of this rather simple rock song, “Palmreader”, from Sonny and the Sunsets is very reminiscent of early Velvet Underground meets a young Bob Dylan-esq singer. There’s something really comforting and settling though about the double guitars and monotone voice.
SOUNDS: late 60s-early 70s-ish
FEELS: home at the local pub
