S.C.A.B. drops their Rose Colored Glasses EP, their first release since 2022. To celebrate, the band is hosting a listening party at Baby’s All Right from 4-7 PM. Their official tour kicks off on October 30 at the Unicorn Bar, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
The band captures the essence of their new EP, describing it as:
“Like an iPhone memory carousel. A cheesy nostalgic recollection you can’t seem to look away from. Heartwarming because it has something to say but nothing to prove.” – Sean Camargo
Sean Camargo, vocalist and songwriter for the Ridgewood, Queens-based group, draws listeners into his search for truth amidst the distortions and distractions of modern life. His music explores the delicate interplay between truth and love, offering sincerity and vulnerability wrapped in a playful, tongue-in-cheek tone. With their sound evolving over the past five years, S.C.A.B. now presents Rose Colored Glasses, a collection of five songs that reflect on love, the fragility of reality, depression, and the messy, vivid experience of being alive.
The lineup for this release includes:
• Sean Camargo (he/him) – Vocals, Guitar
• Cory Best (he/him) – BG Vocals, Lead Guitar
• Alec Alabado (he/him) – BG Vocals, Bass
• Evan Eubanks (he/him) – Drums, Percussion
• Jordan Rich (he/him) – Synth, Piano, Production
• Sean Brennan (he/him) – Cello
The EP was recorded by Eamon Ford at Living Room Studios, produced by Carson Cody, mixed by Hayden Ticehurst, and mastered by Ryan Power.
