One things for certain St. Vincent (aka Annie Clark) does not LOVE LA. Her cheeky nod to the City of Angels is a thumping synth rocker that packs a lyrical punch. Clark sarcastically sings “how could anybody have you? How could anybody have you and lose you? How could anybody have you and lose and not lose their minds too.” And the video for “Los Ageless” is even more telling with the faux plastic surgery, bright colors, and superficiality.
