DJ Shadow Ft. Run The Jewels performed “Nobody Speak” on Jimmy Fallon Tuesday night and dedicated their song to the victims of violence in Chicago and Orlando. The hip-hop song mixes blues rock elements in with hardcore rap lyrics. The duo shone in their performance rapping complicated rhymes at high speeds and showing support for Orlando victims. El-P wore a rainbow heart on the inside of his jacket and showed this at the end of their performance. This is just one great example of the hip-hop community showing support for the LGBT community but many more should follow suit.
