Frog Eyes, Vancouver’s answer to Robyn Hitchcock, have decided that Violet Psalms will be the end of a great, 19-year career that has created some of the best music ever. Comprised of Carey Mercer, Melanie Campbell, Shyla Seller, and Terri Upton, Frog Eyes have always pushed the boundaries of music into great and brand new territories, and Violet Psalms is a perfect ending to that career. This is a great album. Everyone needs to know this band. They are that great.
