One of my favorite musical entities is back: YEAH!!! Mark Oliver Everett (known as E) and a cast of thousands have completed their new album, and what I’ve heard, it is as wonderful as anything EELS has released. In fact, I think E gets better with age. He has always had a unique way of looking at the world. If you want to be happy, EELS is not for you. But if you want great music with great lyrics that make you think, then this is the music for you. Welcome back, E. You’ve been missed.
