Panic! At the Disco terrifies poor Noah Schnapp who plays Will Byers in Netflix’s ‘Stranger Things’ in the latest video for their single “LA Devotee.”  While the song is about your stereotypical LA groupie, the video has a dark, shall we say “upside down world” feel to it. But maybe that’s the sarcasm here! Check out the video below!
