Swedish Electronic Duo The Knife chose to examine and bend gender quite dramatically on their most recent album Shaking The Habitual, which is actually an homage to the LGBT community. Karin and her brother, Olof, put the lifestyle of those living in the LGBT community on display in their recent string of videos, which includes BDSM themes and even reference to the Occupy Wall Street movement. We also can’t forget their nod and very blatant reference to Salt-N-Pepa’s “Let’s Talk About Sex.”
