Few bands have shifted gears as much as Woods has but their latest incarnation is an exquisite blend of psych-folk rock, music noir, and even a little Ethiopian jazz. Each track on this album gleams with the perfection of a well-seasoned band. Jeremy Earl’s trembling falsetto adds a unique and extremely appealing spin to the music.
