Matt Nathanson Lends his Pair of Ears in Headphones

Matt Nathanson dropped the music video for Headphones on October 22nd. Laden with continuous inspiration one is sure to be moved by every lyric taking on its own form. The song showcases a fairytale where “Cinderella’s gone to New York City”. It continues with life moral lessons featuring individual strength of character and invincibility.

The sweetness of Lauren “LOLO” Pritchard was certainly an added bonus. These verses are reminiscent of Lisa Marie Presley whom LOLO lived with ten years ago at just 16 years of age.

The “Come On Get Higher” singer has proven his longevity. After over 20 years of a consistent presence in the music industry, Matt opted to showcase the triumphs and tribulations of the 360 million individuals globally struggling with hearing loss. In collaboration with the historic Peruvian based Starkey Hearing Foundation. Matt launched his own philanthropic efforts to literally open the world’s eyes and ears to this debilitating condition. It is awe inspiring to hear and see such heartfelt love and dedication at play. Such vision belongs to directors Brendan Walter and Mel Soria who brought this video to life.
