I mean who hasn’t fantasized about their teacher at one point? Tame Impala’s new video for “Mind Mischief” is all about those adolescent fantasies we have and just how far we will go with them. The English lad in this film goes quite far in his fantasy. We see the video go from reality to animation and then back, accurately depicting the contemptible ruminations of this young guy. I’m sure this is exactly what Kevin Parker had in mind when writing the song.
