Timber Timbre “Velvet Gloves And Spit”

Canadian-based trio Timber Timbre lays a subtle bed of synths against intoxicating drums and a hypnotic guitar on their new indie track “Velvet Gloves and Spit.” The video is repetitive but director Christine Brache says, “We wanted the video to have a homemade feel, lo-fi, to make the situation feel more intimate. With the first cut, I tried to let the video weave in and out of the song. The repetition emphasizes the earnest desire to be disciplined, which I think compliments the song.” Check out the video and song below:
