Last Friday (July 15th), Of Clocks and Clouds dropped their new album, Better Off, and what an album it is. Alternately from heavy guitars and electronics, the band is dark and heavy, which I totally love and get. Founded in 2013, Joe Salgo (vocals/guitar/electronics) and Ross Procaccio (drums/vocals/electronics) were born and raised in Brooklyn, a borough that has become an international brand. They don’t just write and make beautiful songs; they create aural landscapes in which the mind can wonder. They seriously sound like no other band. Thank God for Of Clocks and Clouds.
