The Interrupters are old school ska (2 Tone, Selector, The Specials, The English Beat) and not a group of poseurs. This band has it all. Comprised of Aimee Interrupter: Vocals, Kevin Bivona: Guitar, Justin Bivona: Bass, and Jesse Bivona: Drums, The Interrupters kicked ass. They have the fun of the old school with the pent-up anger of the working poor. I love them. It certainly doesn’t hurt that Aimee Interrupter reminds of Pauline Black, and that is hard to do. This is a great band. Perfect summer music. Let’s go. This is the best dance music. I love ska, and The Interrupters deliver.
