What a great song. Imagine Ella Fitzgerald singing in front of Art of Noise. You have this tremendous band. What a voice. Renee Bliss and Lang Bliss have put together the best jazz music I’ve heard for a long time. And 3 is different from their previous projects in that it was primarily recorded live in the studio with three other musicians; Mark Lee Townsend on guitar (guitarist, producer for Relient K and others), Tim Gaines on bass (formerly with Stryper), and Tim Pascoal on keys (Dave Weckl, Bob Mintzer). This is what jazz should sound like.
