Lady Gaga has unveiled the music video for her latest single, “Disease,” directed by the visionary Tanu Muino. The visually arresting clip features a surreal showdown between two incarnations of Gaga, locked in a haunting confrontation under the gaze of a mysterious figure dressed in a gimp suit—only for the twist to reveal that this enigmatic character is yet another version of Gaga herself. The layered symbolism and intense choreography match the song’s infectious tension, offering a glimpse into the complex world she’s building for her highly anticipated, yet-untitled seventh studio album, slated for release in February as the official follow-up to Chromatica.

Adding to the excitement, Gaga also dropped a live recording of her duet with Bruno Mars, “Die With a Smile,” captured during a Las Vegas performance. The soulful collaboration brings new dimensions to the track, highlighting both artists’ chemistry on stage.

This latest release follows months of buzz surrounding Gaga’s role as Harley Quinn in Joker: Folie à Deux, where she stars alongside Joaquin Phoenix. In September, she surprised fans with Harlequin, an album marketed as “LG6.5,” featuring two original tracks and a series of carefully curated covers. With Disease, Gaga continues to evolve her sound and visual style, leaving fans eagerly awaiting what’s next in her artistic journey.
