Distant Cousins
“Your Story” feat. Jessie Payo
Gentle reader, I really like this song a lot. I know, I have multitudes of personalities, but Distant Cousins is really good. I love the Americana/Mumford type sound to this track. And the harmonies: I can’t overpraise the tightness of the harmonies. They remind me of The Band, or Crosby, Stills, and Nash with Judy Collins singing back-ups, or Lucy Hale singing with Alabama. All I know, I smell crossover hit from the pop charts, country charts, and alternative. I cannot wait for album to be released.
