I don’t know about you, but Janeen Terrana terrifies me. This song is so beautiful and seems so comforting, but under the surface there’s this tension, this feeling that, true, “No One Can Hurt You”, but SHE CAN. She reminds me of the Indigo Girls or Ingrid Michaelson. This is a great voice, a great song, a great talent. Terrana represents the greatest of Buffalo so well, though she has since moved to NYC. I love the folky, bluesy sound so much.
