A lot of you may know Jess Glynne as the warm voice featured on the single “Rather Be” that was released early this Spring and became a huge radio hit. Her first single “Hold My Hand” was a big success on alternative lists as well as radio play this summer (not to mention me and my boyfriends anthem whenever we find ourselves out dancing). She has finally released her album “I Cry When I Laugh” and she does not disappoint! She has such a smooth and natural soulless to her voice that comes thru on a lot of the self-empowerment tracks you’ll find on this record.
She has found decent success on UK charts with her “Rather Be” and “Hold My Hand” releases but this album debuted at No. 1 which is her first! This record is for anyone who needs a strength boost in their day! What I find so exciting about her music is that it seems she knows exactly what you’re going through and is singing every song to you.
