With Light and With Love

Leaves Like Glass”

Like a young Bob Dylan, Woods writes a great song of regret.  This folksie-type song has the same feeling as “Like a Rolling Stone”; pure guitar riffs back with a large organ sound, with a Leslie-filtered vocals hanging over top.  This is a song worth listening to over and over again.  One of the lines that strikes out is “you have your footbridge, don’t walk on mine.”  Woods is on tour and are worth checking out.  (Anyone want to travel to Pittsburgh?)
