Sea Lemon Emerges with Hauntingly Lush Debut ‘Diving For A Prize’ + Summer Tour

Natalie Lew, aka Sea Lemon, is diving deep with her long-awaited full-length debut, Diving For A Prize, out this Friday, May 30 via Luminelle. Known for swirling shoegaze-pop textures and diaristic storytelling, Lew’s latest single “Cynical” debuted on Grey’s Anatomy and captures the album’s dreamy tension between vulnerability and resolve. Produced with Andy Park (Death Cab for Cutie, Deftones), the record is a vivid exploration of love, doubt, and memory set against the moody backdrop of the Pacific Northwest.
Rooted in marine metaphors and moments of emotional rupture, Sea Lemon’s sound blends wistful vocals with gauzy, guitar-laced atmospheres that land somewhere between My Bloody Valentine and Caroline Polachek. Diving For A Prize is both nostalgic and new—each track a little universe of desire, disillusionment, and imagination.
