Hunter Metts Announces Debut Headline Tour ‘a crater wide tour’ – Tickets On Sale June 13!

Indie-folk rising star Hunter Metts is stepping into the spotlight with the launch of his debut U.S. headlining tour, a crater wide tour, kicking off October 28 in Minneapolis. The 10-date run takes Metts coast-to-coast, wrapping November 11 in Portland, ME, and includes iconic stops like NYC’s Mercury Lounge and Boston’s Brighton Music Hall. Tickets go on sale June 13 at 10 a.m. local time via huntermetts.org.
Hot off a North American tour supporting James Bay and with a European/U.K. run lined up for early fall, Metts is riding major momentum. Fans can also expect his brand-new single “Blue Ridge Run” to drop soon — a heartfelt homage to childhood trips to the Blue Ridge Mountains that shaped his connection to nature and songwriting.
Since his breakout viral hit “Weathervane” (nearing 43 million streams), Metts has captivated listeners with his raw emotion and ethereal folk-pop sound. With his debut EP Monochrome and follow-up single “Abilene” already turning heads, this tour marks a defining moment in his evolution from Nashville-born coder to full-time artist. Inspired by the likes of Bon Iver and Gregory Alan Isakov, Metts blends introspective storytelling with cinematic Americana.
Catch him live on this milestone tour and experience one of indie-folk’s most promising new voices:
