I don’t what is most impressive about this song: the age of Aidan James (16); the fact he plays a Kamaka Ukulele; or the fact that the song sounds nothing like anything you’ve ever heard, especially in the middle break where James’ voice is manipulated to an almost demonic sound. This is a great song. I love James’ voice, the fact he kicks on ukulele, and that his music is complex yet easily enjoyed. Aidan’s group is Aidan James – Vocals/Ukulele/Guitar/Looperist and Gino Romano – Guitar, and they are from Honolulu, Hawaii. This music is undefinable but tremendous. Jump on this bus.
