The Silence

“Ritual of the Sun (Worm Hole to the Universe)”

Nine Suns, One Morning

What a great band.  This is one of the most complex and beautiful bands  I have ever heard.  The Silence is comprised of Jan Shotaro Stigter,  Bass and Vocal; Futoshi Okano, drums; Masaki Batoh, guitar and vocal;  Kazuo Ogino, keys, Bulgarian Tambula, Lutes, and pipes;  and Ryuichi  Yoshida, Baritone Saxophone and Flute.  They have this psychedelic,  King Crimson type of sound that I totally love.  Coming from Japan, this band is one of the best post-prog band around now. Listen to this band and be blown away.
